IBL - Digital Marketing Associate (Abbotsford)
• 12 month paid internship commencing in Jan 2018

We currently have three exciting and dynamic digital marketing roles based in our Pharmaceutical Head Office in Abbotsford, Melbourne. In each role, you will work as an important and valued member of the team gaining valuable experience and insights into GSK's communication landscape. You will utilise your digital knowledge and build on this as you learn how this is applied in industry.
What are we looking for in a candidate?
• You must be in your penultimate year of a Bachelors Degree in Business Information Systems, with a strong focus on eBusiness/eCommerce/Digital Marketing or Communication (Advertising)
• Experience in CMS, webpage/website development (including HTML5, flash, etc.) is highly desirable
• Digital marketing experience favourable (e.g. content, blogging, social media)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Initiative and an ability to work autonomously is a must
• High attention to detail, rigor and process
• Excellent project management skills to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing projects

Digital Marketing Associate - 2 Roles
The Digital Marketing Associate working in the Digital Marketing team will work with multiple stakeholders in the business to produce great customer experiences for our online platforms and when using health.gsk, receiving email marketing, attending webinars and visiting other GSK websites/online activities. You will learn how to manage digital projects and the importance of digital marketing – why it is an essential part of marketing roles today.
In this role, you will:
• Support the publishing of online content, working hand in hand with our design centre, content managers and brand managers.
• Build hands on experience with our Content Management System.
• Build skills in online layout principles to create content for greater user experience.
• Work closely with our marketing teams to deliver our multi-channel strategies.
• Support the use and delivery of multiple online channels – email, webinars, SMS, click-to-chat and more.
Additionally, in this role you will be exposed to:
• Best practice use and delivery of online channels, including SEO/SEM for content promotion and optimisation.
• How to use analytics to deliver insights and understand whether customers are satisfied with what GSK are offering and how to improve them.
ViiV Digital Marketing Associate

Through this role, you will obtain both digital and brand marketing experience in a dynamic and growing market. You will assist the ViiV Digital Brand Manager by providing support for digital activities and projects in the HIV Therapy area.
As well as:
• Project management of the business digital content plan for web and social media, working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of assets, approvals, and deployments are done on time and with a high level of quality.
• Email marketing and content updates to the digital agency while liaising with the respective business owners on requirements and copy.
• Liaise with agency on deliverables, and incidents.
• Setting up of campaign tracking for emails and online advertising.
• Regular verification and reporting of new registrations for the healthcare professional portal.
