Job Purpose:
The HR Workforce Data Analyst II is responsible for providing high level analytical reporting and project support to support the Tier 1 team. The work may range from routine data analysis to complex project working with various stakeholders. The focus for the job holder will be on the more complex projects requiring further depth of knowledge and experience. In addition, the HR Workforce Data Analyst team will be responsible for the review and processing for all Workday transactions.

The HR Workforce Data Analyst II will be aligned to work by management of Tier 1 and may also work to support the HR Customer Care Consultants to address complex requests or inquiries. All cases will be logged into the case management tool to ensure ability to track the status and progress of all inquiries. The Workforce Analyst II may be called upon to help with training new colleagues or colleagues based on subject matter expertise.

Key Job Functions:
Support the effortless experience for employees and managers reaching out to HR Operations by working on projects and initiatives.

Key responsibilities will include:
Complex or non-routine Workday transaction processing, unique cases that may not have an established process, projects/ restructures, operational reporting, P&R, working with compensation services, Comp Corrections, Recruitment requests, exit interviews, I9s, other sensitive projects (for example: reclaim money owed, data breach)
Possesses deep knowledge of Workday and HR processes, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas (Workday experience)
Serves as subject matter expert on HR systems and tools and is able to identify when information appears out of alignment or incorrect. Is able to train others and coach peers in area(s) of expertise.
Uses the on line tools on a daily basis and receives further capability development and coaching to ensure information and knowledge is relevant.
Understands information and is able to make independent judgments about transactions
Manages various I-9 employment authorization processes regularly, ensuring an acceptable level of organizational compliance
Provides key support to HR and the business during the various promotional review cycles each year or restructures
Provides support to HR and the customer with employment verification letters (for US those that are not in the scope for TALX/The Work Number)
The HR Workforce Data Analyst II will work collaboratively with HR partners and may also be in contact with employees and managers.
The HR Workforce Data Analyst II will be engaged in continuous improvement projects and initiatives to ensure the continued enhancement of the customer experience.

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field.
Experience in HR or HR Customer Support Environment.
High level of expertise in Workday or other HR systems, online tools, and an understanding of the downstream impact of transactions to benefits, pay, and other areas
Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Preferred qualifications:
Desired of 2+ years of experience in HR or HR Customer Support Environment.
Excellent written communication (language and grammar).
Excellent verbal communication including excellent listening skills.
Must work well, both independently and with a team.
Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Knowledge and understanding of HR processes and procedures
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality of information
