Program Structure
By joining the three-year rotational GMS Technical Development Program, you will have the opportunity to make a significant difference to lives around the world, while enjoying some of the healthiest career prospects in the industry.
The program involves three different rotations in the US, with the potential to have an opportunity internationally. The rotations will be aligned to both business and personal development needs. At the end of the program, if you have performed to the standards that we expect, you will be supported to obtain a role within the business.
Training and Development
To support you throughout our challenging Graduate Program, you will progress through a structured development path involving both core training and an individually tailored training plan. You are allocated an individual budget to fund your professional development.
To help you transition into our Graduate Program, you will be supported by a current graduate. The bullet points below give you a very brief view of where the training focus lies.
Technical Expertise

Recruitment Process
We are currently recruiting for an Associate for a September 2017 start date. There will be an Assessment Center for final candidate selection held either in Upper Merion, PA . Final candidates will be required to attend the Assessment Center.

Desired profile
Basic qualifications:
• PhD in Biochemical Engineering, Biochemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, Bio-pharmaceuticals, or related field of study. Graduation date no later than July 2017.
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. for the duration of the 3-year Program and must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa status
• Must be mobile and able to relocate domestically and internationally
• No more than 2 years of relevant work experience
Preferred qualifications:
Previous experience working in a laboratory, technical, or manufacturing setting in either industry or University
• Experience of the pharmaceutical industry and/or bioprocess focused University research project in one of the following areas preferred: Bio-pharmaceutical Processing, Mammalian Cell Culture, Microbial Fermentation, Protein Recovery, Purification, Protein formulation and filling, Sterile processing or Bioanalytical methods.
• Experience in bioprocess mathematical modeling and/or advanced data analytics is a plus
