As the Field Force Training Manager, you will be responsible to help GSK build a best-in-class Field organization to deliver enhanced -HCP Experiences (CX) through Omnichannel (OC) engagement with Top 3 priorities to support GSK Ambition - Accelerate uptake of new launches, Omnichannel accelerate, Channel Development and Key Account Development. You will enhance FF team capabilities to support Commercial Driving Performance and sustain Leadership Market Share. Make sure LOC Training Priority and Must Win aligned EM (Emerging Market) and Local needs, as well as Excellence in execution to increase FF team capability. You will also ensure that Field Training standards are implemented effectively in LOC and fit for purpose and in line with Global guidance. Build and sustain SLFL & FLFL capability and focus effort on the right place, as well as evolve Field Training to fully incorporate the new ways of working including good call outcome, PFSS, data driven business analysis and omnichannel engagement.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

Strengthen the quality and utilization of Field resources coming from Emerging Market team to successfully launch Field Force Excellence programs to LOC.

Support Field Force Excellence Lead for developing Training Priority and Must Win aligned with Emerging Market team and lead FF team implementation in excellence to increase their capability in Omnichannel and Good Call Outcome by BU assigned.

Develop BU strategic training plan & action plan to meet the commercial needs for FF & MKT and sustain SLSL & FLSL capability in the right places.
·
Help to align marketing materials ensure campaign materials, call flows and knowledge questions were updated to high standard and aligned with PFSS by Brand and BU assigned.

Partner with Emerging Market team to run deep-dive exercises to help diagnose/rootcause problems & help enable an action plan to enable performance/ Field Force excellence in execution.

Support Field Force Excellence Lead in pulling through the voice of Field Force aligned with Emerging Market team.
·
Partnerships with Commercial to excellence in execution and create two-way engagement across BUs to drive best practices and remove barriers.
·
Ensure consistent FF scientific knowledge, good call outcome, data driven Territory Management Plan and Omnichannel implementation for assigned BU and tracking follow up.
·
Corporate with LOC Communication Effectiveness team for develop and implement LOC Field Force Performance compensation model with clear KPls to tracking and rating FF in assigned BU.
·
Monitoring training budget.
·
Top 3 priorities are Accelerate uptake of new launches, Omnichannel accelerate, Channel Development and Key Account Development.
Why you?

· Bachelor Degree
· 5 years of experience in the field of pharmaceutical industry.
· 3-5 years of training experiences.
