The three-year career pathway involves three rotations to give you wide experience within different roles and working environments, alongside a number of training courses. Throughout, you'll have numerous opportunities to meet with other graduates on courses and at networking events. You will undertake a number of core training and personal development courses, alongside additional opportunities arranged using your personal development budget

Requirements:
• Young graduates or graduates in December 2014 to December 2016, Industrial
Engineering or Pharmacy
• Advanced English (high oral skills)
• Availability to reside in another country
• Very good management tools (Office, Internet, etc)
• Leadership skills, teamwork, fast learner and good relationships.
