What you will be doing

·  Establish and influence peers regional business plans to achieve goals, and effectively allocate; financial, resources within regulatory and ethical guidelines.

·  Analyzes sales and customer data to maximize the deployment of all resources throughout the region to support the execution of strategies and tactics.

·  Field work should focus on reviewing objectives, coaching selling skills, and business planning in the office setting, assess customer and marketplace needs and trends

·  Develops strong collaborative relationships with all members of the commercial team (e.g. hospital sales team, marketing and medical) and other internal stakeholders to proactively analyze and address customer needs, market dynamics and trends that support brand and collaboration objectives.

·  Maximize listing opportunities and strategically manage pricing for the total respiratory portfolio in all channel

Liaise with the key account manager from third-party vendor who shall manage the sales representatives on the following:

·  Talent development & succession planning

·  Leader Team change  & personal resilience

·  Performance management

·  Personal development planning in the spirit of continuous improvement

·  Lead the team to positively and influence peers
