Job Purpose:
Provides structure, fast project initiation, planning and well-coordinated execution of key digital marketing initiatives within a fast-paced organization and at a high quality. Assist project teams to define objectives, approach, deliverables, resources, costs and schedule to ensure flawless program delivery, launch, and management. Provide strong ownership of the schedule, dependencies, stakeholder updates, and final deliverable to ensure project completion on time and on budget. Ensure clear definition of project deliverables are communicated and approved by the project manager in conjunction with the team. This person will develop and maintain a project timeline and ensure alignment with various other stakeholders/departments while tracking key milestones. Ensure that the appropriate team members are briefed, aware of their role, and kept abreast of progress throughout the effort. Contribute fully to a climate for success in project teams: foster enthusiasm and teamwork, build relationships, reward and celebrate achievement. Drives issue identification and resolution to assure smooth transition between key decision points and resolve project related conflicts through skilled negotiation.

Other duties performed could entail:
Conducting project reviews post key project stages and share learning's for future projects as best practice.
Working with the Consumer Healthcare IT, brand teams and other partners to share learning and best practice for projects throughout GSK.
Identify and evaluate new vendors that may be relevant for GSK Consumer's digital marketing and e-commerce objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Apply project management practices and processes for digital marketing projects
Work with stakeholders to identify novel solutions and build processes to help ensure on-time and on-budget delivery
Use strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail to systemize and maintain digital brand content, vendor contracts, compliance requirements and other key business processes
Work with and lead 3rd party vendors in their delivery of digital marketing programs and capabilities for multiple GSK brands & teams
Use strong communication skills to work across team boundaries to ensure project completion at a high quality.
Operate in situations characterized by complexity, ambiguity and high levels of uncertainty.
Identify, understand and define complex highly interdependent issues.
Use negotiation skills and ability to influence with or without authority at all of the organization levels.
Use effective communications skills both written & oral coupled with sense to tailor to any one of a wide variety of audiences.
Show strong proficiency to present to various audiences which would be used in both project work and project management training.

Desired profile

Basic qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, digital, or a related field
At least 3 years of digital marketing and/or advertising technology experience, preferably e-commerce
Familiarity with key digital technologies, practices, terminology, and KPIs
Strong analytical, organizational, and business writing skills
Ability to document processes, flow charts, and key ways of working
Comfortable operating in situations characterized by complexity, ambiguity and high levels of uncertainty
An ability to map out and understand complex, highly interdependent issues - to distill simplicity and elegant solutions

Preferred qualifications:
Demonstrated success operating collaboratively and building cross-functional partnerships, ideally within a complex, highly-matrixed company
Strong understanding of continuous improvement discipline; ability to recommend and ensure implementation of process changes resulting in efficiency gains
Proven track record of implementing industry leading Omni-Channel solutions desired and/or working w/ key Omnichannel marketing vendors/agencies
Advanced problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative solutions
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work load and meet project deadlines
Ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment and make independent decisions
PMI or PMP Certification is desirable
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines and travel requirements
