As GSK Digital Learning Product Manager, you will work as a key member within the Digital Accelerator team, which sits in GSK’s Digital and Tech Strategy & Performance function. This is a ‘hands-on’ role, where you will be responsible for the Design, Delivery and Evaluation of learning experiences, products, environments and solutions. Experience of leading learning and development methodologies is critical, including (but not limited to) Learning Platform Design, Learning Experience Design, Digital Learning Events Design and the creation of partnerships and framework supplier solutions. Workshop Design and Facilitation, Coaching and Mentoring, Learning impact evaluation and data driven recommendations for product iterations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Produce learning assets and materials to help stakeholders / customers / learners transition their new knowledge to be successfully applied in their day to day work (Action learning; toolkits; micro learning; coaching solutions)
• Own the products of the Digital Learning Experiences and Digital Curriculums for GSK– take input and influence from wider project / operation teams, take a data driven approach from feedback loops, ensure actions are reviewed and delivered in a timely and sustainable way.
• Design and facilitate Digital Learning workshops to build knowledge, skills, mindsets and behaviours with target employee/customer/stakeholder group(s) and project / operational teams. Prioritise and develop solutions that have proven impact and value.
• Develop data-driven insights and recommendations and present to senior stakeholders in a compelling, concise, and story-telling way (written and verbal) - to influence Learning Design and Learning Experience solution and / or investment related decisions
• Design and conduct digital learning research - synthesise data and information from multiple sources (e.g., desk research, surveys, interviews, focus groups, tech system data, external websites / companies) to formulate learning experiences that add value and make an impact.
• Where issues/blockers are identified in an experience, suggest a ‘fix’ – support delivery and/or ensure the ‘fix’ is added to the project/product ‘backlog’
• Use a strong data-driven approach to design and conduct experiments to either test Learning Experience related hypothesis and/or validate proposed Learning and Development related solutions
• Support growth and effectively co-manage the operation of development Digital Learning and Development solutions including Learning Platforms, Assets, Events, Digital Curriculum, acting on feedback on new ideas and solutions, innovating on leading edge solutions to prove value.
• Develop content to deliver, teach and coach others to develop their Learning experience design and delivery / facilitation skills.

• Strong project management and execution skills – with track record of disciplined delivery
• Skilled at working in the detail, whilst simultaneously able to communicate key messages in an effective and concise manner (written and verbal)
• Self-starter and leader of initiatives – operating with tenacity, resilience, and a can-do attitude
• Ability to work with an agile, experimental mindset and exhibits smart data driven decision making
• Demonstrable experience using data analysis and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI). Confident working with data to drive action
• Advanced Digital Learning Design (e.g., micro-lessons, video creation, action learning sets, Learning Experience Platforms, Virtual Reality Learning Design; Mobile formats, Inclusive and Accessible Design and Delivery to Global AA standards)
• Degree in Behavioural Science or Psychology (a plus)
• Knowledge of change management methodologies in relation to furthering a growth and continuous learning culture (a must)
