Your Responsibilities :
Job Purpose
•As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will have the opportunity to call regularly on pharmacy professionals and support the selling effort behind the products. You are responsible for the growth within the territory of the full GSK product portfolio assigned to you, by working on the goals and objectives, aligned to the sales team. You represent GSK on the assigned territory in a complex and dynamic professional business environment.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
•Create and execute an effective call plan with focus on potential customers in order to achieve calls and sales targets.
•Utilize reporting tools provided to achieve territorial goals
•Responsible to achieve sales and market share targets for GSK in the assigned territory.
•Communicate and collaborate with the Territory Manager/Line Manager and marketing personals on goals
•Build business relationships with assigned customers
•Utilize your customer focused selling skills in your presentations, and keeping post call notes to assist with pre-call planning
•Attend and participate actively in various internal and external meetings
•Merchandising GSK products in the pharmacy point of sales and support materials for maximum impact
•Ensure stock availability and tracking consumption trend for all GSK products.
•Remain in compliance as required in line with GSK company standards.
•Taking the opportunity to prospect for new business and evaluate the sales potential of existing customers

Why You?
Basic qualifications:
•2-3 years of strong pharmacy sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (preferable).
•Bachelors degree in sales and marketing, pharmacist, veterinary, biologist or dentist with sales and marketing background
•Commercial knowledge in pharmacy line is key (pharma consumer care goods, e.g. selling vitamins, cosmetics..etc)
•Must have a demonstrated ability to promote and sell goods, services, and concepts
•Demonstrated effective organizational and communication skills are required, as well as the ability to work as directed
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
•High standards of compliance and safety is a must
