The Business Expansion Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong professional relationships with Key Accounts by implementing innovative strategies with organizational compliance standards as well as applicable legal requirements for targeted strategic partners. You will develop strategies and tactical plans (including access plan) to maximize business opportunities and drive key business development initiatives.
You will develop and maintain strong & effective business relationships with internal and external stakeholders, through execution of innovative trade and commercial activities, completion and execution of effective business expansion plans which will lead to incremental and measurable growth of strategic accounts above market. You will also lead innovative ways of doing business with focus on expanding the brand penetration in new channels and sectors via partnerships.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
· Supports the Marketing and Strategy Lead in fostering external partnerships for the purpose of business expansion and long-term relationships with new and existing customers
· To generate new partnerships and business opportunity pipelines, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive opportunities for success.
· Ability to own business development growth strategies focused on partnerships and see them through to execution with guidance from the Marketing and Strategy Lead as aligned to brand and CTC operational plans.
· Implement business planning to achieve optimal sales performance. This includes strong strategic thinking & planning skills to deliver business returns within the territory.
· Build and maintain strong & effective relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders which include Key Decision Makers, Marketing, Procurement & KOLs. This requires a full understanding of market dynamics, market trends, research on market and brand needs and wants.
· Acquire a thorough understanding of key stakeholder needs and requirements to continuously propose business solutions that meet their needs & requirements.
· Lead the preparation of strategies and individual tactical plans and give strategic input in terms of analysis, future potential and key programs required for assigned accounts.
· Undertake accurate and timely reporting activities.

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
· Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management.
· A levels, Tertiary Education - BSc, BA, Diploma etc.
· Fluent English.
· Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics and experience, it would be a plus:
· Attention to detail.
· Stakeholder management experience.
· Project Management experience - ability to execute tasks within given timelines.
· Self-Starter.
· Collaborative and Inclusive.
· Highly analytical with advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint and Sales Software.
