What's this area all about?

Engineering is about developing leading-edge, robust and cost-effective manufacturing technologies that make treatments to save lives. Our talented teams include chemical, electrical, mechanical, biopharmaceutical, sterile and automation engineers. They ensure we have the latest technology and processes to deliver four billion packs of medicines and healthcare products a year.

What is this career path like?

This three-year career path involves different rotations to give you wide experience within different roles and working environments, alongside a number of training courses. Throughout the scheme, you will have numerous opportunities to meet with other graduates during training and at networking events. You will undertake a number of core training and personal development courses, alongside additional opportunities arranged using your personal development budget.

You'll have the benefit of improving your technical skills while gaining valuable leadership training through a combination of mentoring, classroom sessions and on-the-job training. This experience will equip you to become a leader of the future and will provide you with a solid foundation for a variety of science careers within the pharmaceutical industry

As an Automation Engineering , you can expect to work on:

Maintaining and troubleshooting site control systems

Managing automation projects e.g. modification or improvement design, upgrading and installing

control systems, ensuring that suppliers and site equipment comply with international standards

Testing and commissioning

Requirements:

• Young graduates or graduates in 2014 to December 2016 in Mechatronic or Electronic engineer
• Advanced English (high oral skills)
• Analysis and innovation skills
• Availability to reside in another country
• Preferably with expertise in Manufactoring or production processes
• Very good management tools (Office, Internet, etc)
• Leadership skills, teamwork, fast learner and good relationships.

Preferred qualifications:
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus to your application:

Knowledge in robotics or relative and Analysis and innovation skills
