Information on AnT

AnT is an initiative jointly supported by Workforce Singapore (WSG) and 2 tertiary institutions Temasek Polytechnic (TP) and Singapore Polytechnic (SP) and is aimed at building a pipeline of skilled manpower for Singapore's Biologics manufacturing industry in anticipation of hiring demand. Participants of the AnT programme for Biologics Manufacturing are not employees of the companies but will be provided with training and work attachments in top Biologics manufacturing companies in advance of job placement.

In our collaboration with TP on this upcoming AnT intake, trainee will undergo a 3-month structured facilitated training conducted by TP, followed by 18 months of local attachment with GSK Vaccines.

The training duration will take 21 months and competent candidates will receive a WSQ Higher Certificate in Process Technology (Biologics Manufacturing) awarded by SSG.

Funding Support: Candidates under AnT will be supported with course fee funding and training allowances for the training duration.

Bond: Candidates are NOT required to serve bond upon completion of programme.

Training Allowances does not attract CPF contribution.

Candidates will assume different positions that commensurate with their qualification and working experience in GSK.

# Utilities Engineer

You will be able to:
• Be responsible and accountable for the operations and maintenance of Utility systems to provide the required level of availability as well as ensuring the systems performance comply with cGMP, EHS and GEP requirements.

#Automation Engineer

You will be able to:
• Be responsible and accountable for Automation systems
• Ensure that the systems are at the required availability level as well as ensuring the performance of the systems comply with cGMP, EHS and GEP requirements.
• Provide other areas of support such as Process Control System, Automated and Analytical System, Particle and Environmental Monitoring System, Building Management System, Emergency Shutdown system etc

# Electrical Engineer

You will be able to:
• Be responsible and accountable for Electrical/Automation systems
• Ensure that the systems are at the required availability level as well as ensuring the performance of the systems comply with cGMP, EHS and GEP requirements
• Provide other areas of support such as Projects, Kaizens, Operation excellence etc.
• Have the opportunity to learn First Line Leader's skills.

# Process / Manufacturing Science and Technology (MSAT) Manufacturing Support Engineer

You will be able to:
• Provide process and technical support to both the process and logistics facilities to enable operations to deliver its operational objectives
• Provide support in areas such as process optimization, validation activities, change management, deviation investigation and production project management to ensure that operations can continue to operate in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and in an optimal manner

# Process Transfer Engineer

You will be able to:
• Drive new product introduction to the company, manage the related non-commercial activities into the site manufacturing plan by defining product and process requirements and to deliver the resulting product with a go-to-market strategy.
• Be responsible for managing and delivering project(s) within the scope of continuous improvement, including analysis of requirements, process design and optimization
