GSK Global Manufacturing & Supply
GSK's Global Manufacturing & Supply (GMS) plant produces leading consumer brands, services 13 global markets including Australia and New Zealand and is a leader in Good Manufacturing Practice and ‘Premise/Factory of Choice” for industrial excellence in the region.

We are currently recruiting for an Artwork Coordinator to join our Global Manufacturing & Supply plant based in Ulu Klang. This role will be involved in developing, coordinating and managing new product launching, product extension and cosmetic change to the existing product based on project time line from artwork development, approval, commercial run and first delivery to market.

Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the creation of Change Requests in the GPM System (Artwork System) / Harmony System for new product launches, product transfers or for technical changes on existing components.
• Co-ordinates the activities related to pack change from a site perspective. Involves in the change appropriate roles in the site.
• Create new items and keep the SKU BOM updated in the GPM system in accordance with the site manufacturing system.
• Assist to coordinate between all relevant parties in pack design and change, both internal (marketing, regulatory, logistics, technical, NPI, quality, finance, trade routes & pricing) and external (pack change analyst in regional service centre, artwork shared service).
• Work with Technical Service, Operation and Engineering in defining product, process technology roadmap, identifying gaps and define and execute plans to fill those gaps.
• Keep updates with operation team of new products from project planning to production.
• Coordinate and discuss with market, internal team and supplier on the agreed timeline to phase in new packaging Artwork.

Requirements
At least 3 years experience in operation management or related field
Ability to problem solves and work independently in a changing and multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines
Excellent organizational, planning and project management skills
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office
Good communication and negotiating skills
