2018 will continue to be an exciting time within the world of eCommerce and the development therein, with GSK investing and further developing our eCommerce business. This is key position to drive growth plan! GSK Consumer Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Business Manager (CBM) to join our team in GSK House who will be responsible for the product portfolio with the Amazon account.
Responsibilities include:
Amazon:
• Full P&L responsibility for Amazon categories (tbc) and forecast accuracy.
• Account management responsibilities: TSM and invoicing, Volume loading, JBP engagement, Pricing and promotional plan, Range and NPD, CCM and CPP engagement.
Team Engagement:
• Regular engagement with the other Amazon CBM to ensure alignment, best practice sharing and responsibility management.
• Regular engagement with the Digital Shelf Manager to ensure brand integrity
Additional:
• Drive Amazon flywheel strategy and work closely with Supply Chain, CS&P and eCommerce manager to drive the 3 year plan.
• Strong focus on pricing, range and supply to ensure 5 year aspiration is achieved.
• Work cross-functionally with brand teams and Mediacom to execute the activation plan.
