Our twelve-month, full time Industry Based Learning Program provides undergraduates with practical ‘hands-on' work experience that will set you apart from your peers. You will be a part of a program designed to give you real work experience and optimise your professional development for future opportunities.

This is a unique opportunity to gain exposure to all facets of Technology across the Pharmaceutical business. You will manage all communications for the Pharma Tech team by promoting new technologies and ensuring all customers understand how to use the new technologies and get the most benefit from them. This will include; development of a communications plan for new technology, working across local and global tech team. You will work with local tech business partners to develop and maintain the annual tech changes for the sales force. You will also assist in reporting, management of tech metrics and tracking tech risks.

Our recruitment process involves eligibility questionnaire at application, World of GSK online assessment, video interview and assessment centre. This process takes place over the course of around 8 weeks, updates will be regularly communicated across email.

You must be in your penultimate or final year of your undergraduate degree upon commencement in the program.
Preferred qualifications:
We are looking for passionate, high-performing and motivated students to join our program. You must be in your penultimate or final year of your undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications or related degree to be eligible.
You will have:
• An interest in pursuing a career in the healthcare industry is favourable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills along with initiative and an eagerness to learn
• High attention to detail, rigor and process, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent project management, to manage and prioritise multiple ongoing projects
• Ability to quickly build strong internal & external networks
