Your Responsibilities :
Our twelve-month, full time Industry Based Learning Program provides undergraduates with practical ‘hands-on' work experience that will set you apart from your peers. Our pharmaceutical manufacturing plant in Boronia is GSK's largest manufacturing facility in the Southern Hemisphere exporting to over 30 markets around the world. It is also the fourth-largest sterile facility housing a state-of-the-art Blow-Fill-Seal production line. Blow-Fill-Seal uses innovative technology for advanced antiseptic liquid medicines.

As an Engineering Associate, you will support studies to gather data of product, process and equipment performance to assist in improvements that will deliver business benefit. You will be involved in providing day-to-day support for scientific assessments of products, processes and materials and will assist in site technical projects.

As a Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Associate you will assist in developing the capability of all the Site personnel to implement day to day continuous improvement activities. You will help to ensure the day to day continuous improvement activities result in a continuous improvement in the Site Performance towards the goal of Zero Accidents, Zero Defects and Zero Waste.

These placements will provide you with a unique opportunity to work across multiple levels and multiple departments at the site, and whilst exposing you to our production processes and a world class manufacturing production system. It also provides an opportunity to work within a small, but passionate, capable, supportive and highly engaged team.

What we're looking for in a candidate:

• You must be in your penultimate or final year of a Bachelors Degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmaceuticals or a related discipline
• Strong Technical Skills
• High attention to detail, rigor and process
