主要职责:

  

MAIN TASKS主要工作职责：

• To arrange new component and materials measurement and testing.

安排新零件和物料的测量和试验工作。

- Define the measurement method and necessary test.

  确定测量方法及必需的试验。

- Ensure smooth operation of sample tests, effective judgement of the results.

  确保样品测试的顺利进行，对结果进行有效的判定。

•  To arrange the approval of new components and materials.

安排新零件和物料的确认工作。

• Arrange to do the testing for new product (finished goods) according to MQS and other related standard.

安排根据MQS文件及其它相关的标准对新产品（成品）进行测试验证工作。

• Prepare work instruction document for all related tests.

制定相关试验的操作指导书。

• Make plan for products type test and arrange to do the test according to the schedule for products in mass production, and assure the conformity.

制定量产中的产品的型式试验计划并按照时间表安排进行试验，并确保试验结果合格。

• Assist related departments to do product quality analyze.

  协助相关部门对产品进行质量分析。

• Maintain and improve the execution of ‘5S’ management at working area.

  负责工作区域的5S管理的正确实施。

• Assist execution of continuous quality improvement

  协助实施质量持续改善工作。

• Be in charge of providing relevant technical service for SBU.

负责为SBU提供相应的技术服务。

任职要求:

 

 
MINIMA PROFILE职位需求：

• Bachelor degree in Engineering

  大学理工科本科学历。

• More than 4 years quality/approval working experience and at least 2 years management experience.

  4年以上家电产品质量管理或产品确认工作经验，2年以上管理经验。

• Familiar with related standards and regulations.

  熟悉相关的标准和法律法规。

• Good communication skills, good quality minded spirits, familiar with ISO 9000.

 善于沟通协调，具有良好的质量意识，熟悉ISO9000体系。

•  Good command of Office Automation

  熟悉办公室自动化操作。

• Good English listening, speaking, writing and reading skills.

 良好的英文听说读写。
