At Groupe SEB, our UX/UI Digital Design team imagines and creates digital experiences that enhance everyday life.

Drawing on our renowned brands such as Moulinex, Tefal, Krups, Rowenta, and our premium brand WMF, we design intuitive and elegant experiences to enrich flagship products like Cookeo, Companion, robot vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, coffee machines, and innovative new products!

How about being part of these ambitious projects? We're looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our journey and leave their mark on products used by millions of people.You'll contribute to every stage of the Apps/HMI creative process:

• Defining the design brief and methodology: Create for product interfaces and mobile applications across all our brands and product categories.

• User research: Conduct tests, interviews, in-situ observations, and data analysis; formalize personae, user journeys, UX maps, and more.

• Proposing innovative solutions: Simplify complex tasks to make them accessible, intuitive, and inclusive by creating storyboards, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.

• Evaluating solutions: Test usability with real users to ensure a high-quality experience.

• Interface Design - UI : Propose Prototype and mock-ups, work with Design System.

Above all, you'll collaborate across disciplines: work alongside experts in marketing, engineering, anthropology, Data sciences, IT, and more to ensure project success.

Desired profile

Bring your skills :

• Degree required in Digital Design (UX, UI, interaction, product design, or similar).

• Significant experience in the field, with international one is a plus.

• Passionate about improving user experiences and experienced in user-centered, iterative design methods.

• Experienced with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiar with concepts like atomic design and design systems.

• Creative, curious, and able to turn a brief into an elegant and functional solution.

• Eager to learn, collaborate, and contribute to impactful projects.

• Strong detail orientation with ability to work quickly

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
