Your role involves implementing effective commercial policies, optimizing local sales practices, and driving go-to-market strategies across European markets. Responsibilities include aligning sales needs, collaborating on business opportunities, championing commercial policy principles, facilitating local adoption of business tools, and ensuring compliance through monitoring and analysis.

Your missions:

Lead Go-to-Market Strategy:

  • Maximize value creation and minimize erosion
  • Optimize EU commercial policy model and pricing scheme
  • Align with market sales needs through regular touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Channel Growth Director to identify opportunities
  • Serve as the EU commercial policy referent in Greater Europe
  • Facilitate local adoption and provide training, promote best practices within the local market stakeholders

Drive channelization & pricing Compliance :

  • Analyze compliance results, provide insights and recommendations
  • Create tools for sales analysis and dashboards

Support Local Sales Teams :

  • Energize and support teams in regions like Amazon, Benelux, South Central Europe, Nordics
  • Ensure cohesive go-to-market strategies through cross-functional collaboration
  • Support internal and external sales transformation towards commercial policy principles
  • Encourage daily adoption

Prepare for the Future :

  • Enhance sales practices and develop training content with L&D
  • Promote continuous sales effectiveness improvement.

Desired profile

Bring your skills:

A degree in economics or business, with at least 7 years in sales (including KAM), is required. You possess strong analytical skills to turn data into action plans. Advanced project management and organizational skills are essential.

You can influence others and work well in teams, communicating effectively with various stakeholders (marketing, sales, IT, finance). Proactivity and timely execution are crucial, and fluency in English is mandatory.

This role is ideal for those with strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical abilities, and influencing skills.
