This position executes specific tasks related to financial controlling of projects development activity coordinated by Sekurit USA team, following Sekurit International procedures and rules, with the support of local and other involved countries related teams, reporting at national and international level.

 

Essential Functions

·  Financial controlling process for Projects Cost Center and internal orders including internal orders opening process, coding process, ED&T reports/consolidation, SAP reports, Cost & Expenses consolidation and Monthly Overall status reports
·  E-tool and Saint-Gobain Sekurit International Reports management including financial figures (RBC and PBR) update and follow up with local and correlated teams at all levels.
·  Purchasing process at SAP including invoice requisition for the applicable items and processing/payment process follow up for internal and external purchasing orders.
·  Sales process at SAP including invoicing process to internal and external customer, coding process and overall revenues analysis and report for the Projects development activity
·  Sekurit USA and Sekurit International financial procedures, standards and E-tools knowledge, benchmarking and lessons learned proposing actions to the open points and improvements to them. Local team training and preparation for the financial procedures included.
·  Budget and plan report preparation and consolidation as per local team definitions and targets (including timing)

·  The V.I.E. carries out his/her assignment in a French company operating overseas. Interns can work in a variety of domains.
·  The latest your assignment can start is on the day of your 29th birthday.
·  You must have French or European nationality  (i.e. be a national of a Member State of the European Economic Area, which includes the 28 Member States of the European Union including Norway, Iceland, Lichtenstein and Monaco).
