The HR Business Partner is responsible for the operational management of the SAGE and Flat Glass HR Teams, and for the Organizational Development at SAGE and the various Flat Glass Businesses, reporting to the Vice President – Administration/Human Resources Director.

The Business Partner is a member of each senior leaders’ management team, helping to identify and implement Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition and People Development either directly through their own action, or through the HR professionals on their staff.

The Business Partner leads a team of 3 HR Pofessionals at SAGE and 2 HR Generalists in remote business locations.  The HRBP and their team support 7 Glass Businesses, most of which are growing – some quite rapidly -  in 8 locations:
