International Management Trainee Program called Global Player

 

We are looking for

 

  International Management Trainees (m/f)

 

You will be in charge of 3 projects of each 6-9 months in 3 different entities of  the Group. This will give you the opportunity to meet our people, learn about our activities and manage real business projects, which can be in the fields of marketing, business development, WCM, quality, production, finance, … depending on the offer and your background.

2 of the 3 projects will take place in the BeNeLux region; 1 project will be abroad.

 

After successful completion of your traineeship you will be ready to continue your career path with Saint-Gobain in a regular job.

 

Our Global Players are personalities who :

Have or will obtain their masters degree in engineering  or business preferably (double diploma preferably)
H ave a maximum of 1 year experience after graduation
Have gained an international experience during their studies  or work
Have a good language level. French and Dutch are essentials with a good knowledge of another language ( english or german preferably)
Enjoy working in a team; have clear career ambition and strong working motivation
Have strong analytical skills and are very solution minded as well as have an open mind to new ideas.
