Install, maintain, repair, and adjust electrical components, controls and equipment in accordance with applicable codes and standards such as but not limited to drives, PLCs, etc.

Troubleshoot, locate and repair electrical malfunctions, utilizing proper tools and testing instruments

Create, install, and modify routing programs on CNC routers

Safely repair production and fabrication equipment such as but not limited to saws, pullers, routers, pumps, blowers, motors, loading systems, etc

Evaluate and address electrical problems of production and fabrication equipment in the facility

Receive and complete maintenance work orders as assigned ( all safety improvements addressed first)

Follow up on repairs made to ensure repair is working and production and fabrication needs have been met

Order parts needed to repair equipment in order to eliminate any equipment downtime

Communicate any delays anticipated in repairs that may impact safety, service, quality, cost

Regularly document, track, record, and update tasks in the maintenance work order system

Complete annual safety training and any additional required training specific for the position

Perform safety STOP audits

Perform other tasks as requested by the Supervisor

Will train and work with the Electrical Lead on our electronic control systems, until competency can be fully demonstrated during competency testing by Electrical Lead and Supervisor

Must wear all personal protective equipment and safety gear

Ability to lift 5-20 lbs indivdually, higher with partner

At times, will be required to work overtime with little or no notice

Must provide own tools such as multi-meter, NEC approved electrician screwdrivers, wrenches ( metric/std) socket sets ( metric/std) wire strippers, pliers, side cutters, etc

Follow all company policies

Job Functions will require standing, walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, and clasping in hands during workday
