Missions

Reporting to the South-East Asia Business Head, you will further develop our Feed Phosphates business activities in some of our key markets in South-East Asia. The main missions are :

• Develop and expand the business in the animal feed sector (integrators, feed millers, premix makers, distributors,…)

• Monitor the market (competition, potential clients, raw material cost, regulations)

• Develop and monitor the B2B client portfolio by sourcing and pursuing contacts, prospects and partners
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts in order to optimize your results (margins, volumes and market share)

• Manage your area P&L

• Ensure the correct processing of client orders, logistics and payments.

Desired profile

Profil

• Graduate or higher in International Business/International Sales
• 3-5 years of experience in sales of Agri/Agro products with proven track records in SE Asia markets
• Experience in commodities trading
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Familiar with cultural and business practices in South-East Asian countries
• Excellent negotiating and communication skills
• Results oriented, with strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Proactive, thorough and good listening skills
