Do you have a master's degree with at least 5-7 years of recent and relevant work experience with regard to Revenue in the tourism industry (airline, hospitality, car rental, etc.)? Do you want to work at an international organization? Read on! At Center Parcs Europe we are looking for a:
Director Revenue Management Belgium & The Netherlands
In your role you are responsible for maximizing the yield / margin of the cottage rental of all Center Parcs and Sunparks villages in Belgium and The Netherlands. You will achieve the annual revenue goals and maximize the yield performance through complementary promotions for Center Parcs Europe. You will report to the Chief Revenue Officer and are a part of our Center Parcs Europe Revenue Management team of 5 to 8 colleagues. Your further responsibilities are:
· Strategic Promotional Calendar: continuously develop, refine and execute the annual calendar of promotions. Translate upper management initiatives and revenue goals into promotions based on inventory needs, business insight, historical performance, data analytics, competitive landscape and stakeholder buy-in.
· Tactical promotions: continuously develop and execute promotions specific to various distribution channels. Identify constantly changing inventory needs, relate them to the distribution channels that can fulfill them and execute promotions through those distribution channels.
· Forecasting: manage the multi-level forecasting within the team and convert the outcome into forecasting scenarios for upper level management and for the development of guide to budget actions to reach the cottage rental targets.
· Ad Hoc requests: review, evaluate and approve all revenue management related exeption requests from Sales, Marketing, Villages, Consumer Research, other internal partners and external travel partners. Review, approve and develop custom quotes for all large group requests, VIP group requests (owners).
· Perform all other job related functions as assigned.

Competenties
When are you the right candidate?
· Minimum of 5-7 years of working experience in revenue management, channel distribution, business analytics and reporting, systems in the tourism industry (airline, hospitality, car rental, etc.). Two years of experience in managing projects and teams.
· Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language, both spoken and written. Easy communicator, able to translate technical topics to people outside the Revenue Management community.
· A MBA degree, for example in Revenue or Business Economics.
· Excellent working knowledge of data, and advanced Microsoft Office especially in Excel.
· Strong analytical skills, innovative and creative mind-set, eye for detail and relies on fact-based decisions. High ability to cooperate in a multicultural, international environment. Experience from working in cross-functional teams.

You have strong analytical skills together with an open minded mind-set and approach to revenue management in a high added value environment. You are able to deliver business savvy solutions, manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You are curious regarding to RM, new technologies and processes. You know how to work with COMEX-members. You are based in Capelle aan den IJssel in the Netherlands but willing to travel in The Netherlands and abroad.
