Job description

Institut Esthederm is looking for a results-driven Sales Advisor and Trainer in the cosmetic field. Your main role will be to promote the brand Institut Esthederm and generate sales in different selective retailers in order to develop the brand in the UK market. As well, to ensure long-lasting sales, you will animate in store trainings to the retailers' teams.

Sales animation :
*Push the sell out in pharmacies by promoting the brand in selective retailers.

Skin Coach event :
*Push the sell out by providing facial treatments and skin diagnosis in pharmacies.

In Store Training :
*Animate in-store trainings to our direct clients: retailers and their selling team.

Collaborative work with the Account Manager:
*Analysis and feedbacks of clients' issues / interests to meet their needs.
*Analyze the market's potential and trends and participate to the sales strategy.

Seeked profile

*License/bachelor degree in Business School or equivalent
*Good knowledge of MS Office : Word, Power Point, Excel
*Fluent and professional English
*A diploma in aesthetic-cosmetic is mandatory

*Proven work experience in sales for 6 months min.
*B to B client relationship attitude
*An experience in the cosmetic sector will be a plus.

*Very good relational qualities : outgoing and likable personality
*Very good communication skills : be a confident and authoritative speaker
*A high degree of self-motivation : capacity of resilience and persistence to meat sales goals
*Good presentation skills
*Affinity for the cosmetic sector}
