Job description

Poste et missions

Natixis Investment Managers serves financial professionals with more insightful ways to construct portfolios. Powered by the expertise of more than 20 specialized investment managers globally, we apply Active Thinking® to deliver proactive solutions that help clients pursue better outcomes in all markets.

Through our distinct multi-affiliate model, Natixis is able to offer diverse solutions with active expertise across asset classes – from traditional equities and fixed income, to alternatives and ESG-driven strategies. This diverse lineup of high-conviction investment managers, each with its own unique process and culture, offers access to multi-dimensional and unconventional thinking that can lead to alpha generation.

Natixis Investment Managers is looking to hire a VIE RFP/DDQ writer for its team, based in London. The brand new London office overlooks St Paul's and has a vibrant community of ambitious young people.

The RFP (Request for Proposal) team supports the international sales efforts of Natixis Investment Managers by answering questionnaires from clients and prospects that are invested or are looking to invest in the investment products of the firm.

This role is primarily a writing role - preparing written content to answer client questions. Accordingly, you need to have a good understanding of the content about which you are writing, namely, the investment processes and operational processes of Natixis and its affiliate management firms. This is NOT an investment or sales role, but can provide a good base for future careers in either direction.

You will need to collate information from various sources across the firm to complete client questionnaires. This is a challenging but interesting role that has a steep learning curve. You will be pushed to prove your abilities.

You will work with institutional and retail sales people around the globe. You will need to build relationships and manage deadlines and expectations accordingly.
