Poste et missions
MISSIONS
· Build strong client, vendor and dealer relationships targeted by Groupe BPCE and BPCE Equipment Solutions (BPCE HU) and grow our Hungarian and regional footprint
· Take over existing portfolio, maintain and build relationships, enter new market segments while working together with domestically and internationally recognized clients
· Prepare quotes to customers and vendors
·
Coordinate project approval process with various teams within BPCE HU or BPCE HQ:
collect relevant documents from customer, record those in our CRM system (Currently AS, ONE PLATFORM), prepare applications, follow risk approval process, and follow the contracting process together with sales assistant and Middle Office.
· Support international Vendors and manufacturers to deploy new partnerships and sustainable business models to the Hungarian market
· Budget vendor cooperations and set up business plans,
· Set up smooth processes to channel business to BPCE, implement marketing campaigns, inventory and fleet financing programs with vendors and dealers
· Implement or structure new financing models together with Vendors and Customers
· Participate in projects related to sales and operations - testing requirements
· Represent BPCE HU on fairs, conferences and in professional associations
· Explore trending areas such as machine learning and sustainable finance
· Work closely together with other service lines and teams in Hungary and Europe
· Participate in various sustainable finance projects, including climate stress testing, ESG strategy building for banks and green lending
Profil et compétences requises
PROFIL
• University/ College degree in Finance/ Business
• Prior banking or asset-based finance experience is strongly required;
• Proven track record, existing partnerships and experience within the industry is a must
• Strong interest in green lending, ESG regulation, climate risk measurement and ESG implementation within the FSI industry
• Good IT skills and good command of English; a second foreign language (preferably German, French) is an advantage
• People management and/or project management experience is a plus (not mandatory)
• High level of responsibility for customers, files and tasks,
• Taking care of deadlines including maintaining a high quality of work;
• Ability to work with cross functional departments, especially with legal, accounting and risk
• Risk sensitivity, proactive problem-solving skills;
