ABOUT OUR PROGRAM:

Natixis, dedicated to hiring top diverse talent, is pleased to announce the application period of their 2021 Début 2.0 program. For those who have taken a break for 2 or more years from the workforce, Début 2.0 could be just the opportunity they need to relaunch their career

Début 2.0 is a 16-week paid immersive fellowship providing a realistic gateway for those looking to renter into the workforce. The program kicks off with one week of orientation and training sessions designed to assimilate participants back into the work environment. The remaining 15 weeks are dedicated to on-the-job training, and educational and networking opportunities. Each Début 2.0 fellow is paired with a formal mentor to provide advice and guidance for the duration of the program.

Fellows could be placed across any of the below listed divisions based upon an alignment of complementary skills and relevant prior experience. Within these teams, they get the opportunity to work closely with senior management on exciting and impactful projects in order to reintroduce themselves to the Financial Services industry and prepare for a future at Natixis. Performance feedback is delivered to the fellows throughout the program to prepare successful candidates for full-time opportunities. Natixis' goal is to offer high performing participants who successfully complete the program full-time positions with the firm.

Opportunities may be available in the following business areas, subject to business need and an alignment of interests/past experience. When you apply, we ask that you submit your resume to this general Debut 2.0 Application.

· Compliance (especially Global Markets Advisory, Data Privacy, Testing and Quality Assurance)

· Finance (especially Asset Liability Management, Regulatory Reporting, Expense Analyst)

2021 PROGRAM TIMEFRAME

· Our application period will be open November 2, 2020 and close on November 30, 2020

· Our New York based program will run from February 2021 through May 2021.
