Poste et missions

Job description: the candidate will be active in deal generation from Financial Sponsors (equity and infrastructure funds) operating in Italy:

·  Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with both existing and prospect clients in order to generate deal ideas and pitching as well as overseeing execution;   
·  Being the overall internal reference person for Natixis Global Financial Sponsors Coverage team in Italy and also the various product teams operating with Financial Sponsors i.e. M&A advisory, Acquisition and Infra Finance, DCM, SECM and Global Markets
·  Ensuring supporting that product teams provide good quality services and pitching to clients and support them through idea generation and access to client management when useful 

Profil et compétences requises

significant experience of actively working on deals with Financial Sponsors as an M&A and/or debt advisor and/or as a financing banker in Italy.
Strong interpersonal skills with clients including at senior levels.
Strong pro-activity in establishing relationships and idea generation.
