Poste et missions

Job Description Summary

·  Support development of a portfolio of national or international companies for which the RM is the principal contact and adviser:
·  Support RM and SB in brainstorming, bizcom memo and pitch
·  Analyze clients needs with RM.
·  Prepare financial and business analysis to the Credit Committee in relation with DPM and Risk.
·  Take care of KYC process
·  Follow ops requirement

Main Responsibilities:

Business & Credit analysis

·  BizCom documentation (financial analysis, business memo)
·  Perform fundamental analysis in order to support the exposure request
·  Communicate with credit risk department to better anticipate risk issues

Support Relationship manager & Senior banker

·  Prepare marketing material, commercial action plan, client budget, client briefing memo, pitch book
·  Manage follow up action plan with client and product teams

Lead administrative tasks related to client onboarding

·  KYC management
·  Day to day client needs with BO team

Required Skills:

·  Mandarin and English
·  Well structured, organized and systematic
·  Solid analytical skills
·  Elevated grammatical and excellent written communication skills: ability to draft memos
·  Ability to cope with time pressure and work to deadlines
·  Good communication
·  Good understanding of banking activities
·  Ability to be a good team player
·  Good knowledge and ability on Microsoft Office
·  Bachelor degree education
·  CFA and CPA (preferred)
·  Credit analysis knowledge (corporate skills): ROE, RWA, financial statement
