Job description
Missions : Design and implement logistics projects to reduce End to End costs and CO2 emissions, deliver the logistics budget and CO2 targets and continually identify productivity and Green Supply Chain initiatives to reach the Group ambition. Support the local Logistics teams with Lean & Green tools and methods and change management programs.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES :
Regular activities
Identify E2E SC cost reduction opportunities and animate the global logistics productivity program.
Coordinate the Logistics Budget construction, monitor the performance and deliver the savings plan.
Coordinate the implementation of Green SC initiatives (waste reduction, CO2 emissions reduction)
Reengineer existing Logistics processes and challenge the Route to Market to increase the overall efficiency
Increase L&G capabilities: provide functional support to Logistics teams with training, new methodology and tools.
With the BUs teams, measure the CO2 emissions from Logistics activities.
Consolidate the BUs CO2 road map and support them to implement Green initiatives
Define and track the mid term Group SC CO2 trajectory
Management / Coordination activities if any
Management : No
Collaborate : BPOs Physical Distribution, Customer Operations and Purchasing
Coordination : Group and Markets Logistics Teams, BU SC Leaders and Plant SC Managers.
Key performance indicators and impact on results (qualitative and quantitative)
Warehousing, Copacking and Transportation costs (eur/Ton), Logistics productivity (% reduction), Waste and CO2 emissions reductions.
Desired profile
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Required diploma and/or level of professional experience:
Master degree in Supply Chain management or Business school
5-7 years of experience in Supply Chain roles (production and/or commercial environment). E2E experience is a plus
Required skills business / technical knowhow to perform in the job :
Supply Chain expertise (e.g. APICS certification)
Previous experience in a similar business perimeter with strong physical distribution background. ERP knowledge is a plus
Expert of reporting tools and Data Analytics
Lean and Value Stream Mapping experience is a plus
Required specific skills (foreign languages, software, …)
