Country Manager Requirements and Qualifications: You feel at home when traveling in France, meeting new people, learning new concepts and teaching them to others; Numbers do not scare you, make use of them to make persuasive arguments and conclusions; You are familiar with marketing concepts; You have near-native command of one or more major European languages, or you are fluent and have the ambition to be near-native (German, Spanish, English, but also Mandarin or Japanese); You are exceptionally well organized and driven by success, and independent; You are a good negotiator, and an expert in your field; Others like your pleasant, warm personality, when you need to be touched, and able to inspire action and support when framer when he needs it.
