Insolvency Paralegal - An insolvency paralegal is required by a Leeds insolvency team of a leading law firm. The insolvency paralegal will be able to develop their skills within an established and innovative insolvency team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in Law. The successful insolvency paralegal will have responsibility for managing a case loads and clients. The insolvency paralegal will be required to provide preliminary advice and guidance to clients and insurers on cases as well as preparing letters and documents for court cases.
Previous legal experience and a good standard of education are important. Candidates, who have completed the LPC, would be considered as would candidates with a law degree or post graduate legal qualification.
