POSITION SUMMARY
Grifols Inc., a global multi-billion dollar healthcare company, is seeking to hire a Global Master Data Entry Clerk within the North America Finance Shared Service Center (“FSSC”) organization based in Los Angeles, California. The Global Master Data Entry Clerk is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining vendor master data in the ERP system (SAP).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Performs SAP transactions for creation and modification of vendors for all Grifols North America (NA) companies.
· Position requires strict adherence to financial policies and standard operating procedures; including collection of regulatory forms such W9’s and ACH required for vendor setup in ERP Systems.
· Monitor Service Level Agreement (SLA) and ensure adherence.
· Maintains department metrics for vendor master and extensive electronic and hard copy record retention process.
· Requires excellent daily verbal and written communication skills with multiple departments.
· Must be able to present needed modifications to requestors in accordance to policy in a professional manner.
· Position requires organization, strong time-management skills and attention to detail.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. · High School diploma or GED required.
· Minimum of 3 years related data entry experience in an office setting is required.
· SAP Master Data experience preferred.
· Must be proficient in Excel (pivot tables, vlook-ups) and have knowledge of Power Point, Word.
· Strong understanding of regulatory concepts relating to vendor setups.
· Must be flexible with working hours / shifts in order to accommodate internal customers based in the East Coast.
· Ability to work within deadlines in a fast pace environment.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
· Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
· Effective verbal and written communication skills.
· Takes ownership and is proactive.
· Positive approach to problem solving.
· Excellent customer service and a contagious enthusiasm.
· Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed in an office environment with exposure to electrical office equipment. Frequently sits for 6-8 hours per day. Repetitive movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple, repeated movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists. Occasionally walks and stands. Occasionally bends and twists neck. Light to moderate lifting and carrying objects with a maximum lift of 25lbs.
