Events Internship x2 (Co-ordinator & Support)

Salary: unpaid (expenses only)

Closing Date: 16 April, 2012 - 17:00

We are currently looking for 2 dedicated Events Interns to support our Events Team with the planning, organising and running of the Greenpeace site at festivals and events throughout the summer.

Events Co-ordinator Intern (Role no: E1)

This intern will assist with the organisation, co-ordination and management of the Greenpeace site, using skills and experience gained in previous roles. The intern will be highly organised with excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to develop excellent working relationships with key contacts is also essential.

This is an exciting role for somebody with previous experience of events organisation, coordination and management (ideally outdoor events) who is looking at enhancing their CV by working at some of the UK’s most established and well known festivals and events.

Events Support Intern (Role no: E2)

This intern will provide essential administrative and logistical support for the Events Team throughout the busy festival period. You need to have attention to detail, be enthusiastic, creative and a natural problem-solver.

This is an ideal role for a recent graduate/student in Events Management or for someone with an interest in events management who is looking for a summer work placement.

Please note internships are unpaid and we can provide expenses only - Including lunch and cost of travel within Greater London only.

Greenpeace are unable to cover the costs of travel or relocation to London, or provide help with finding or funding accommodation.
