Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Banking and Capital Markets

Liverpool Street

£23k (OTE £45,000+ mobile phone, gym membership, city-breaks)

The Company

We are looking for a driven graduate to join our Banking and Capital Markets teams as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant. As a graduate recruitment consultant you will initially start work as a resource, responsible for attracting and generating candidates for the team. These duties will include:

• CV searching
• Advert writing
• Screening candidates via phone and in face to face meetings

Skills that will be acquired in the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant include but are not limited to:

• Sales and relationship management
• Increased knowledge of businesses and markets
• Generation of business and client portfolio revenues
• Development of leads
• Ensuring best practice is maintained at all times
