  • Salary: £21k-£25k
  • Very achievable OTE of £40000 in year 1

The Company

Highly specialised boutique recruitment organisation is looking for two ambitious trainee consultants to join their fast growing team in Central London. This role could suit either a recent Grad looking for their first role in the industry or someone looking to move into the recruitment industry having gained experience in a different sector.

The role

The company is in a great position to bring on new starters, there are jobs to work and a massive existing database of candidate contacts for a new trainee to work with meaning that a new starter should start to see the rewards of their hard work much faster than working in an environment where they are required to build a network from scratch.

The role will include:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing businesses
  • Meeting and pitching to clients and candidates face to face
  • Extensive networking to build up a portfolio of industry contacts
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from taking job specs to closing deals

You
