GQR Global Markets Graduate Scheme 2016 – Trainee Recruitment Consultant

(Start dates throughout 2016)

1st Year OTE £54,000+

2nd Year OTE £80,000+

3rd Year OTE £120,000+

Our training programme is designed for success. You will be mentored by the EMEA Director, Co-Founders and highly successful consultants to ensure you are a top biller within 1-2 years.

By joining the business in 2016 you will be on a fast track programme to build out your own team in 12-18 months with the view to achieve Directorship within 3-4 years. Our commission structure is market leading and coupled with competitive base salaries, plus additional incentives you will be looking to dramatically increase your personal wealth.

With 4 office openings in 6 years we are set to continue our international reach with many more openings planned for 2016/17. You will have the chance to travel the word and relocate to either New York, Los Angeles or Sydney within a year of joining.

Those who are successful for this scheme will be placed within a niche and high-end area of Banking & Finance/Technology and an interest in these markets will be desirable.

The training programme will cover:

• Sourcing candidates
• Business development
• Client and candidate management
• Coaching candidates on interview techniques
• Pre-screening candidates and conducting interviews
• Gaining referrals and leads
• Understanding of job descriptions and in-depth market research
• Brokering the deal and negotiating candidates compensation

The training will cover all aspects of the 360 process from cold-calling to deal management with the view to close your first deal within 3 months.

To be successful within recruitment you will need to be extremely hard working and ambitious. We are looking for individuals who have previous sales/entrepreneurial experience and are confident working within a target based environment. You will ideally have graduated with a 2:1 degree grade, however we will accept a 2:2 grading if strong evidence of extracurricular activities is present.
