Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in selection & recruitment within a multi-national environment, in preferably a matrix organization
Knowledge of interview and selection methods
Basic knowledge in psychological theories on human behavior in working life
High level of initiative, creativity, perseverance and flexibility
Good planning and organization skills
Good listening and communication skills
Strong customer service skills
Able to influence people and take decision
Fluent in English.
Principal duties:
Provide advice, follow-up and decision making support for all activities related to selection & recruitment within SSC Guarantee an effective, professional, objective and standardized selection & recruitment process
Guarantee forwarding of appropriate applications to the concerned departments, organize interviews/hiring days, HR assessment of each applicant (internal/external) and give professional answers/feedback.
Coordinates all phases of the recruitment process with all parties involved, keeping an on going communication.
