The Junior Marketing Coordinator will support the Consumer department, especially the marketing team in a very wide range of activities. This associates will report to the Sr. Specialist Trade Marketing.
Responsibilities:
· Dealer marketing: support trade marketeers with implementation of channel/customer specific sell-in/sell-out campaigns, support roll-out & follow-up of national sell-in campaigns, develop of sell-in and sell-out campaigns (national scope) with clear ROI and align with sales management to deliver campaigns that drive business uplifts.
· Brand & Product marketing: manage brand or product related questions, manage mailboxes brand websites Benelux.
· Merchandising shop : order regional merchandising runs & with local suppliers, order regional merchandising, manage stock for example POS/display storage.
· General business support: implement retail plans in coordination with trade marketeers, follow-up requests and questions from sales.
· Administrative & operational support: handle PO and invoices, create mailings, control translations, follow-up consumer info email and act as a first contact for suppliers, handle deliveries.
Profile - Experience, knowledge & skills:
· Bachelor in Marketing / Business administration / or equal
· Experience: different internships and/or max. 2 years of working experience in a similar role.
· Interested in Brand, Product, Trade Marketing and the Automotive and tyre industry.
· Fully competent in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Dutch & English fluent, French is a pre) and outstanding communication and presentation skills
· Ability to manage & develop multiple priorities effectively - resilient
