A great opportunity to join a highly reputable and well established Recruitment agency and take over an existing warm desk of a multi-sector recruitment agency. You will be joining a fun and friendly team in a position which offers great scope and variety and the opportunity to work autonomously and build your desk; securing great financial rewards and commission for yourself.

This is a 360 Recruitment role, encompassing the full recruitment sales cycle end to end. Key features of the role include:

Researching clients within target sectors, with the aim of securing permanent, temporary or contract business

Preparing and presenting sales proposals

Identifying target clients and presenting Goldteam's unique offerings in order to win new business

Maximise opportunities to increase network, attend targeted appropriate events, utilise networking sites/tools, social and corporate events.

Maximising sales opportunities from existing clients and candidates through pro-active account management / client meetings/referrals/TSI techniques

Manage client relationship by providing excellent full cycle recruitment service from vacancy creation to final placement.

Supporting the team in respect of servicing client requirements and supporting recruitment campaigns

Effective candidate management; building rapport, generating leads and pro-actively securing job placements for job seekers

We are looking for well presented, highly personable and dynamic individuals, who have a positive attitude and a solutions focused approach to work. The salary will be dependant on experience, and we will consider training individuals who don't necessarily possess any prior recruitment experience. What is more important is the attitude and willingness to develop in a multi-faceted sales based role.

Key Reqiuirements for Role:

Strong communication skills; with good spoken and written English

Good presentation skills; able to convey ideas and messages in a positive, persuasive manner

Strong negotiation and influencing skills

Previous sales experience (ideally Business to Business Sales) and experience of working in a targeted sales environment

MS Office skills, with knowledge of (Word & Excel)

Full UK Driver's licence (Max 3 points), as you will have use of a company car for meetings and visits
