Job Summary & Responsibilities

We provide real-time access to critical deal information and crunch billions of data points each day to inform firm-wide market insights and strategies. The successful candidate will be part a large data warehousing team that develop and support SecDiv Cptyr and CADM.  The duties includes implementing data warehousing using modern database technology, such as Hadoop, HBase, DB2 DPF, Informatica and Java. It also require to use internal technologies including SecDB and PURE.

Basic Qualifications

•Experience with different facets of data warehouses such as modeling, ETL, database design and reporting
•Strong ETL development skills in Informatica, SQL and unix scripting
•Strong programming skills in a language like Java
•Ability to write and debug stored procedures and analyze query plans

Preferred Qualifications

•Working experience of NoSQL technology such as Map Reduce, Hadoop, HBase, Pig and Hive
•Working experience with Sybase IQ
•Good understanding of Computer Science concepts
•A University degree in Science and Engineering
