Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Securities Division enables our clients to buy and sell financial products, raise funding and manage risk. In addition, the division is engaged in facilitating client transactions in fixed income, equity, currency and commodity products worldwide.

The Credit Structuring Team is part of the Fixed Income department within the Securities Division.  The team is responsible for originating, structuring and distributing products that enable clients to access financing or to invest.

Day to day responsibilities:
• You will come in at the Analyst/Associate level and be part of the Credit Structuring and Marketing Team
• You will help the team in developing financing solutions for clients based on their business needs
• You will conduct research related to industries specific to our clients, as well as general topics, for the purposes of expanding the team’s business scope and enhancing implementation of the solutions we provide to our clients
• You will be involved in the pricing and structuring of derivatives instruments across credit (and related) underlyings
• You will market products internally to sales, and externally with clients – including creating marketing material for new products, helping make products as transparent and clear as possible and explaining them internally and externally
• You will assist with term sheets & presentations to outline trades

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Positive attitude
• Well-developed analytical skills for problem solving and managing complex processes
• Practical knowledge and experience of pricing derivatives / structuring would be beneficial
• Language skills: Mandarin (or other Asian languages) is a big plus.
