Job Summary & Responsibilities

The Human Capital Management (HCM) Division comprises of centrally and divisionally aligned teams who specialise in addressing the needs of particular client groups. HCM is made up of several functions including Business Partners and Centres of Expertise. Business Partners (BPs) are responsible for partnering with divisional leadership on all key global HCM and divisional people initiatives and strategic priorities. HCM Centres of Expertise, such as Employee Relations; Leadership and Diversity; Pine Street and Goldman Sachs University; Talent Acquisition; Reward and the Talent Assessment Group, partner with BPs to provide advisory services to employees and divisional management.

The Talent Acquisition team identifies, attracts, and recruits undergraduates and experienced professionals to the firm. The team also manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a high calibre, diverse and robust candidate pipeline for both campus and experienced hire recruiting.  This role will involve working closely with the Technology Division to deliver their campus recruiting efforts and will report into the Federation Talent Acquisition Leads.

Principal Responsibilities

• Drive the campus recruiting effort – thinking creatively, strategically, commercially and competitively  - for selected divisions within the Federation space as well as for  our Warsaw Campus Recruiting efforts in Technology and Operations.  This includes developing and executing a recruiting and marketing strategy and managing the end-to-end process for internship and full-time analyst hires.
• Drive and develop the divisional Diversity recruiting strategy across various hiring programmes. Work with the business to identify strong candidates on campus and ensure the firm maintains a flow of diverse candidates.
• Build strong relationships with divisional and regional stakeholders across all levels, diversity networks, recruiting committees and HCM colleagues.
• Oversee marketing initiatives, event planning and drive recruiting efforts for aligned schools with key contacts at universities.  Identify and engage with other marketing tools (i.e. social media, online resources).
• Manage and plan intern training curriculum/programming, and feedback processes.
• Develop external contacts to stay abreast of new hiring practices, market intelligence and trends in the industry and region.
• Acquire expertise in the firm’s global recruiting technology platforms.  
• Oversee the responsibilities of recruitment coordinator/s.
• Participate or lead in Talent Acquisition – wide initiatives, programmes and key events.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of campus recruiting experience
• Experience in developing, managing and executing a recruitment marketing strategy including university and 3rd party relationships and developing and entry strategy into a new geography (i.e. Warsaw)
• Experience in managing client relationships and influencing discussion and outcomes
• Ability to build credibility and partner with internal stakeholders and colleagues across regions and divisions
• Ability to develop external relationships and to build industry networks quickly
• Proactively asks questions to identify needs, seeks clarification and looks for ways to add value
• Thinks multiple steps ahead, prepares for potential problems and escalates issues when appropriate
• Communicates both orally and in writing in an articulate manner and with persuasive effect. Is comfortable delivering and facilitating in a group setting
• Results-orientated with ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects while focusing on quality of work
• Strong team player
• Demonstrates integrity, sound judgment and discretion
• Must be willing to travel
• Written and spoken Fluency in English is required – Polish fluency a preference but not required
• Other preferred qualifications:
• Experience in  / familiarity with the professional or financial services industry
• Strong analytical skills: critical analysis and ability to foresee the impact of emerging trends/patterns
• MS Excel and PowerPoint skills. Attention to detail is essential
