Job Summary & Responsibilities
HCM Workplace Efficiency is a newly created initiative within the HCM Infrastructure group that will focus on optimizing the division-wide processes, technology, and data used to serve our clients.
Through the coordinated use of reporting, analytics, and technology capabilities across the division, HCM Infrastructure develops data-backed solutions that empower the division when recruiting, developing, and rewarding our people.
HCM Infrastructure has an open Senior Analyst position on the team who will focus on building out a framework within Tableau to deliver core data dashboard reporting and visualizations across the division. The Senior Analyst will work as part of the team focused on firmwide reporting, analytics, and data governance.
Responsibilities:
Design framework and offer guidance on best practices during implementation and integration of Tableau within HCM
Build Business Intelligence: Build dashboards and visualization leveraging Tableau and Oracle BI for management reporting
Assemble and package data for analytics specialists and help with analysis where possible
Build appropriate physical, logical and presentation tables to meet stakeholder’s reporting requirements
Work with Technical Architects, DB Administrators, Data Molders, and HCM IT to extract data from enterprise databases
Extract data from data stores, profile data and assess the data quality.
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Math, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science/MIS preferred
3+ years of professional experience with visualization tools (e.g., Spotfire, Qlikview, Tableau)
Fluency in the following languages and platforms: R, SQL, JavaScript, Python, Excel, and Tableau
Significant analytic skills
Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task, strong communication skills
