Job Summary & Responsibilities

The HCM Contingent Worker Strategy and Management office is responsible for:
• The implementation and governance of global firmwide polices and management for the Goldman Sachs non-employee population
• Management of the vendor relationship with a contingent staffing managed service provider and its vendor management system
• Coordination of divisional and regional contingent worker leads across the firm to drive consistent policy, risk mitigation and cost savings
• HRIS data quality for the CW population

This team reports into the Global Head of HCM Services and the HCM CFO.  

Duties and Responsibilities of the CWSM Business Analyst
• Work on a team of 3-4 individuals
• Coordinate the activities and partner with the leadership of the following work steams:
• CW and manager training
• Contingent worker risk management
• Technology capabilities
• Divisional coordination

• Partner with legal, compliance, internal audit, and HCM business partners to develop best practices for this diverse population such as tenure limits and systems entitlements
• Partner with HCM Technology and HRIS management to define business requirements for technology solutions for contingent worker management

Basic Qualifications

Experience / Core Competencies
• Work Experience: 3-5years work experience in Human Resources
• Strong project management skills
• Strong analytical  skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS PowerPoint).  Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
• Drive & Motivation: Able to work intensely towards challenging goals; persists in the face of obstacles or setbacks.  Attention to detail and proven ability to deliver with accuracy and thoroughness
• Teamwork: Strong ability to develop partnerships with co-workers and build relationships with clients, colleagues and vendors
