Job Summary & Responsibilities
Services Division - Consisting of Corporate Services and Real Estate (CSRE) and the Office of Global Security (OGS), our teams drive productivity and enable the firm’s flow of business while ensuring its safety and security. CSRE acquires, develops and manages the firm’s global real estate portfolio and delivers innovative market development, document management and hospitality related services to internal partners in the firm. Corporate Services and Real Estate Overview
• Business Services delivers high-quality, commercially managed services to internal partners throughout the firm
• Real Estate plans, builds and operates the firm's facilities worldwide, and is critical to ensuring that our core businesses operate efficiently 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes managing the division’s environmental, social and governance commitments.
• Finance provides financial analysis, decision support, procurement, contract administration and reporting for all initiatives within the Services Division and for business partners across the firm
• The Vendor Management Office ensures that the firm has established and is consistently applying a structured global framework to effectively manage vendor risk
• Administration and Communications oversee organizational development, and internal and client communications and work closely with firm partners, for example HCM and Executive Office, on these areas.
Principal Responsibilities
• Reporting to the global head of Communications and User Engagement, work with CSRE leaders and team members to provide communications consultation, guidance and support to CSRE businesses and leadership in Asia Pacific region
• Develop and execute communications and user engagement plans leveraging a range of internal platforms including e-mail, voicemail, GSWeb, talking points, etc. to market service offerings and changes to the firm
• Draft, edit and serve as primary sender for mass communications to the firm and internal CSRE audiences in Asia Pacific (work closely with EMEA Communications and User Engagement team lead and serve as backup sender to Americas and EMEA as needed)
• Develop and maintain relationships with Asia Pacific functional leads and their teams to support firmwide outreach efforts, this includes working closely with the team as we work on the firm’s real estate development project in Bengaluru
• Coordinate content and logistics for firmwide divisional client meetings, CSRE global meetings and townhalls
• Serve as the main CSRE communications contact for the Asis Pacific regional offices
• Partner with the Executive Office Internal Communications, Media Relations and Brand Marketing teams to reinforce firmwide communications best practices, branding guidelines and to manage reputational risk
• Support (together with the global team) the CSRE firmwide and intra-divisional web sites. Pull and analyze metrics as needed
• Support CSRE people development communications, including training and development programs and organizational announcements
• Provide support for ad-hoc projects and business presentations
• Help maintain global Communications and User Engagement Team processes such as metrics and tracking, mailboxes and distribution list maintenance, templates, best practices, etc.
• Contribute to global projects as needed
Basic Qualifications
• Strong writer, editor and proofreader
• Superior attention to detail a must
• Ability to perform under pressure and react/reprioritize quickly
• Excellent interpersonal skills, must present well, exhibit poise and be articulate
• Ability to establish strong working relationships quickly
• Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes
• Superior judgement and problem solving skills, effective risk manager
• Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to progress a number of projects simultaneously and balance competing priorities
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• An understanding and appreciation for the firm’s culture and structure
Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors/Masters degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years in a corporate environment
• Experience executing and consulting on internal communications
• Familiarity with corporate communications vehicles including content management systems, newsletters, e-mail messages, etc.
