Job description

Global Interactive Marketing Online (GIMO) specialise in all aspects of online marketing, website and online games creation in the iGaming, Sports Betting, Poker and Casino industries. Due to the growing demand for our services, we are now recruiting for an “Entertainment and VIP Customer Manager” to join our English speaking team on a full time permanent basis.

THE ROLE

The main duties of this role will consist of:
•Planning, coordinating and attending social events for our VIP Customers (Football matches, fairs...)
•Providing excellent customer support to the growing VIP English speaking customer base.
•Communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone. In addition you will look after them in order to maximise the revenue generated from our VIP customers.

Desired profile

The Ideal Candidate will:
•Excellent spoken and written English language skills (Native Level)
•Have the capacity to build strong relationship with customers
•Have similar experience working with VIP customers
•Have events/entertainment management experience
•Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
•Have strong organisational and prioritisation skills
•Experience working in the gaming or gambling industry would be appreciated
•Must be able to work on a shiftly basis, our hours of operation are: Monday to Sunday, from 8am to 11pm
