As a Sales Account Manager, you will operate as a true Trusted Technology Advisor for your customers. You will listen to their needs, analyze them and co-build a customised and innovative solution. Your strength lies within your technology independent approach.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing opportunities helping our customers to digitalize and stay important in their market. You are a networker and hunter who is passionate about making new contacts and clients.
· Build long lasting and mutually enriching relationships with your accounts, anticipating their needs and developing appropriate offers
· Closely monitor new developments, trends and key actors of IT ecosystem
· Understand IT market and have a clear vision of its evolutions
· Prospecting the IT&C market to identify new business opportunities, exploring and developing a portfolio of key clients by offering new solutions in accordance with their needs and strategy
· Identification of business opportunities among new clients
· Gather and understand projects specifications and customers business with focus on providing the most suitable candidates
· Participation in the recruitment of teams and the follow-up of consultants in projects
· Monitoring project profitability and customer satisfaction
· Embody Inetum offers on the market by developing and maintaining your network, attending dedicated events, promoting internally and externally the value proposition of the BU
· Daily management based on established objectives regarding business growth and profitability
Profile
· Proven track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts
· +3 years of experience as Key Account Manager/Business Development Manager in IT consulting
· Experience with T&M, work-package, capacity base, fix price projects
· Have an existing network of clients in various industries and the IT market
· Experience in private or public sector RFI/RFP procedures and negotiating complex contracts
· Knowledge of software development methodologies and different technology stacks
· Strong knowledge of the business environment/business development
· Experience in detect business opportunities, translate technical features into business value and manage service/business offerings
· Customer experience oriented and entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in business development
· Pro-active, strong willed, dynamic, ambitious and results driven
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills and can talk on C-level
